You are a human resources consultant in a small rural town in North Carolina.  You graduated from college five years ago and started your own consulting firm, HR is Us. You have built up a moderate client base and business is steadily picking up. Recently, a new shoe store, We Got Shoes, has moved into town. Tyrone Smith, the owner is looking to hire about twenty employees, but he has limited knowledge on how to run a new employee orientation.  You have an appointment to pitch him your ideas for his new employee orientation.
